We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a return or refund. 




Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required.

  • The video must start before opening the package.

  • The shipping label and packaging must be clearly visible.

  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts.

Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.



Product Condition

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Damaged, used, washed, or altered products will not be accepted.



Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video (attached or shared via drive link)

  • Clear images of the product

  • Your bank/payment details for refund processing

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • The refund will be credited to the bank account/payment method shared via email.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.


 

Non-Returnable Situations


We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Product used or damaged after delivery

  • Return requested after 10 days

  • Missing original packaging or tags
