We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required.
The video must start before opening the package.
The shipping label and packaging must be clearly visible.
The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts.
Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.
Product Condition
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Damaged, used, washed, or altered products will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:
Order ID
Reason for return
Unboxing video (attached or shared via drive link)
Clear images of the product
Your bank/payment details for refund processing

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be credited to the bank account/payment method shared via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
No unboxing video provided
Product used or damaged after delivery
Return requested after 10 days
Missing original packaging or tags
